Q: Where and when is the training?
A: The training is done online through a live webinar. Once you register for the class you will receive an email with further instructions on how to attend. The training is split up over five weeks. The first two sessions focus on learning QuickBooks and the last three sessions focus on training you how to apply what you learned to your actual QuickBooks files. The first training session occurring the 2nd Wednesday of every month and the 2nd training session occurs the 4th Wednesday of every month. The 3rd-5th training sessions are scheduled with the trainer after the assessment is performed on your company's QuickBooks file.
Q: Why is there a gap in time between the first and second training session?
A: This is an in-depth, hands-on course, not a broad based lecture. Our objective is to ensure you are truly learning how to use QuickBooks. With that being said, we split the course up to allow you time to practice what you have learned in session one before moving onto more advanced techniques. *After session one we will test your knowledge which you must pass with at least a score of 80% before you can move onto session two.
Q:How is your training program different from other training programs?
A: Our training program is different in many ways. Our trainer is more than just a QuickBooks software expert, she also has her degree in accounting and has thirteen years of invaluable experience managing her own bookkeeping firm. She applies her hands-on processes and accounting experience running her own business to the processes she teaches you to most effectively impact your financials. Her objective is more than just training you how to manage QuickBooks, she has a passion to help you become more effective and efficient in your business as a whole.
Also, our Comprehensive Training package is not like any other training program out there. We provide one-on-one training and show you how to apply what you have learned directly to your own QuickBooks file. All other programs teach you a broad understanding of the software but leave you with the time consuming pain of figuring out how to apply what you learned. We take that pain away by standing by your side from start to finish.
Q: How many people can sit in on the training?
A: The short answer is as many people as you would like. Since the training portion is web-based you have the luxury of inviting as many people as you would like and we will not charge you extra for your guests. We can train you, your accounting staff member, office manager or your whole office. Please note we only review one company's QuickBooks file.
